Smoothie Recipe



I go through phases of smoothies. Sometimes, it's all I crave and other times it seems like its more of a clean up hassel than it's worth.

I do have a go-to smoothie recipe I thought I'd share ;)


Ingredients:
One small banana
unsweetened almond milk
plain or vanilla greek yogurt
handful of spinach
frozen raspberries


I do not measure anything officially but....

I usually pour about 1/2 cup of almond milk
3-4 tablespoons of yogurt (depending on how creamy I want the smoothie)
about 1 1/4 cups of rasperries
and honestly just a handful of spinach.

Blend and enjoy!
